Thank you for your interest in vending at a PitStop Los Angeles car show. Please review the details below and complete the vendor application to secure your spot.

Event Dates and Locations

  • Multiple car shows held throughout the year across Los Angeles-area venues. Specific dates and locations are listed on the event calendar. (Please indicate which event(s) you want to attend on the application.)

Vendor Types

  • Food & Beverage (requires health permit and proof of insurance)

  • Retail Goods (automotive-related merchandise, apparel, accessories)

  • Services (detailing, restoration consultations, automotive clubs)

  • Promotional/Brand Activation

Space & Pricing

  • Standard Booth (10' x 10'): space for one table, two chairs, and a display

  • Large Booth (10' x 20'): expanded display and vehicle space available on request

  • Vehicle Display Space: designated spaces on show field for vendor vehicles or demos

  • Pricing varies by event size and location. Complete the application to receive a quote.

What’s Included

  • Assigned booth space

  • Vendor listing on event vendor map (digital)

  • One vendor parking pass (additional passes available for purchase)

  • Basic on-site support and information during event hours

Requirements

  • Completed vendor application and payment to confirm reservation

  • Proof of general liability insurance (minimum coverage limits may apply)

  • Valid business license and any required permits (food vendors must supply health permit)

  • Sales tax permit and agreement to collect/pay applicable sales tax

  • Setup and breakdown must follow event schedule; vendor is responsible for waste removal and leaving site clean

Deadlines & Cancellation

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until spaces sell out or the application cutoff for each event.

  • Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled by the vendor 14+ days before the event. 50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before the event. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event. PitStop Los Angeles reserves the right to cancel an event; full refunds will be issued if we cancel.

Operational Notes

  • Arrival and setup will be 30 minutes prior to events posted start time. Do not arrive before your assigned time without prior approval.

  • Generators are permitted where designated; quiet or electric setups preferred in shared spaces.

  • Sales transactions are the sole responsibility of the vendor; PitStop Los Angeles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
